Happy Monday, Gorgeous Listeners! In this week’s episode, Karen & Katie chat about how healthy it can be to “zoom out” on our lives. This is a useful exercise to help us see what goals we have for the future and what kind life we want to live. It can also be a fabulous activity when thinking back on our past and celebrating all of the things we’ve accomplished. Karen makes the smart observation that including “maintenance” in that zoom-out is also a useful thing to do to touch base with ourselves and check in on how things might be going.
The pair also talks about the joy of being petty, Chicago’s aggressive “dibs” concept, and Katie shares her recently foray into community building in Bend.
